Jameson Single Pot Still embodies the traditional Irish Whiskey making style after which it is named. Malted and unmalted barley is triple distilled for a rich, unmistakable silkiness with distinctive pot still spiciness. This Five Oak Cask Release is matured in a combination of three different types of virgin oak (Irish, European and American), in addition to ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. Martell Blue Swift is made from Cognac VSOP matured in French Oak Barrels and finished in United States Bourbon Casks. Absinthe is an aromatic, dry and highly alcoholic herbal spirit. It is a bitter liqueur and is best consumed after diluting with water and sugar. It contains anis (Liquorice flavour) and the notorious wormwood plant (Artemisia) as well as optional various other aromatic components, such as peppermint, cloves, cinnamon, (the juice of spinach, nettles and parsley).

This 12YO Aberlour has been matured in two cask types, traditional oak and Sherry oak casks. Especially selected every year, they are filled with whisky and quietly aged for a minimum of twelve years; then the casks are married together. Traditional oak casks encourage the subtle character of Aberlour to develop, whilst Sherry oak casks add hints of ruby gold colour and a deep and rich flavour to the whisky.
