The perfect match doesn't exist....oh wait. In this Winter Banger, the mild malt and light hops in the Stella Artois accentuate the flavour of the sausages without overpowering them. Beer + sausages = the perfect match!
You will need:
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 4 kumara, cut into chips
- 4 Silician sausages
- ½ cup tomato chutney
- Preheat an oven to 180C. Place the kumara onto a baking tray, rub with oil then cook the chips for 30 minutes until golden.
- Barbeque the sausages until cooked through.
- Serve with your favourite tomato chutney.
