Don Ramón Mezcal Joven is a transcendent expression of this category of hand-made spirits. Made from 100% Salmiana Agave from Zacatecas, Mexico that has been matured for 8-10 years, this clear spirit embodies the earthen smokiness of mezcal. A sip delights the palate with an awakening, yet balanced aroma of herbs, florals, and fresh citrus layered with a subtle fruity finish brought forth by the agave. For each Salmiana Agave harvested, Casa Don Ramón plants two more of the species in its place.

Herradura Plata owes its distinctly sweet taste of agave and subtle oak notes to resting for an impressive 45 days beyond the industry standard in American White Oak barrels. The prolonged aging process creates a light straw colour with a unique, robust aroma of cooked agave, vanilla and wood that leaves your mouth feeling smooth and refreshed.

Tequila Herradura Reposado is the world's very first tequila reposado that is aged longer than the industry standard for 11 months in charred American white oak barrels. The additional time spent resting results in a deep copper-coloured tequila liquor with a rounded taste and notes of cooked agave, vanilla and butter complemented by a smooth, sweet finish with a touch of spice. This tequila is best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, in mixed drinks or in cocktails like a Margarita or a Classic Paloma.

Paquera Espadín is made with cultivated agave Espadín in Ejutla, Oaxaca. This mezcal was curated for it's use in cocktails but it's also good neat. The agave used in this mezcal are cooked in an underground pit oven, mashed by horse-drawn tahona, fermented in oak vats, and double distilled in a copper still.

With aromas of citrus and tropical notes including lime peel, banana and black pepper. The taste is soft and sweet with flavours of fresh and cooked agave, honey and orange rind and lemon peel. A delicate and lingering finish.

Aged in French, American and Hungarian Oak this tequila has added complexity and flavour. Aromas of sweet, lightly cooked agave with woody toasted dry fruits, vanilla, apricot and spicy oak. A soft, rich taste with flavours of honey, cinnamon and pear. Dried spices and pepper round out the apple notes with a long lingering finish.
