A classic marg but make it fancy by adding citrus caviar! That sounds like THE BEST way to celebrate Margarita Month if you ask us.
You will need:
- 60ml el Jimador Blanco
- 30ml triple sec
- 45ml fresh lime juice
- Half a finger lime (pearls squeezed from finger limes)
- Ice
- Salt (for rimming the glass, optional)
- Finger lime for garnish
To make:
- Prepare a glass by rimming with salt, adding ice & squeezed finger lime pearls
- Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker & shake for 20 - 30 seconds
- Pour over the ice & garnish with half a finger lime
