The Rabbit Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc from their vineyards in the South Island of New Zealand and the Central Otago Rabbit Ranch home block. A cool climate, elegant yet assertive style Sauvignon Blanc, left on the lees for approx 3 months to tone down some of the overt grassy, grapefruit notes and giving a lovely textural boost to the wine.

Deep ruby in colour, this Cabernet Sauvignon opens with rich, concentrated aromas of ripe dark cherry, blackberry, cocoa, and sweet spices. Soft, chewy tannins lead to a long, lush finish. Ageing select lots in bourbon whiskey barrels enhances the finish of smoke, sweet spice, and cocoa when added to the final blend. Every year Rockburn fill hundreds of French Oak barrels with Pinot Noir, and every year they search for those individual barrels that most eloquently speak of site and season. This wine exemplifies the sophistication of Gibbston Valley Pinot Noir. In the glass the colour is an opalescent light garnet and when taken to the nose you are rewarded with a wonderful aroma of spice and florals with a lovely nuance of oak. Restrained strawberry and raspberry flavours are suspended on a fabulous acid structure and very fine tannins complement the taste experience. This a beautifully structured, balanced wine. The finish is long and lingering. Overall, the wine is delicate but yet powerful, somewhat reminiscent of wines from the spiritual home of Pinot Noir.

RUA Pinot Noir has a rich and generous palate, with black cherry, raspberry and plum notes supported by vanilla and classic Central Otago dried herbs. A subtle spiciness adds to the complexity. The silky tannins are well integrated in this fresh and vibrant Central Otago Pinot Noir.

The bouquet is fragrant and bursting with fruit notes. It shows clean aromas of apples, pears, and citrus, accompanied by hints of wisteria. Free spirit in a bottle - SAINT X captures the free and authentic spirit of the Mediterranean. On the palate, this Rosé is refreshingly crisp and lively. The Grenache imparts a juicy, red-fruited core with flavors of ripe cherries and red currants. Syrah contributes a gentle spiciness, with notes of white pepper and a touch of lavender. Cinsault brings a delicate, silky texture, along with flavors of pink grapefruit and a hint of tart cranberry.
