Using fresh Riwaka hops from Eggers Hop Farm in upper Moutere, the hops are picked at peak condition and flown same day from farm to brewery, then brewed the same day while their oils and aromatics are at full intensity. This narrow harvest window is the only time a beer like this can be made during the year - capturing freshness, energy, bold juice and aroma that simply doesn't exist outside the season.
